Shipping & Returns
How It Works
Every Half-Dead Co. order is printed when you place it. There's no warehouse of finished goods waiting to ship — your piece is made for you, specifically. This keeps waste near zero and keeps our range wide. It also means the timeline looks different from what you're used to.
Production Time
Most orders enter production within 2–4 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), production can run 3–5 business days. This is before shipping time, not instead of it.
Shipping Times
Once your order leaves the print facility, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen. International shipments may be held at customs — we can't control that and we can't refund duties or import fees charged by your country.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If it's been more than 10 business days since you received that email and your package still hasn't arrived, reach out via the contact form.
Returns
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing or preference — please check the size guide before ordering. We do accept returns and offer replacements for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Print errors (wrong design, misaligned print)
- Wrong item shipped
For any of the above, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll sort it.
Exchanges
We don't process exchanges. If you need a different size, place a new order and contact us — we can sometimes apply a credit if the original was our error.
