We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card information - Stripe handles it. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers necessary to operate the business: our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (to fulfill your order), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email service provider. These providers are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to us.
We retain order data as required for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us - we will honor requests to the extent permitted by law and our operational obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
This site sets no cookies. For usage analytics we run our own self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics on our own infrastructure — it is cookieless, collects only anonymous aggregate data (no personal identifiers, no raw IP addresses), respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting, and is never shared with third parties or ad networks. We do not use advertising trackers.
Two things live in your browser’s local storage rather than on our servers. Your cartis kept there so it survives a page reload — it never leaves your device until you check out. And a single attributionentry records which campaign, link or referring site brought you here — never who you are.
We keep the second one so we can tell which of our writing and links actually bring people to the store, instead of guessing. It is first-party, is never sent to an advertiser or any other third party, and clearing your site data removes both entries.
To be precise about one thing: on its own the attribution entry is anonymous. If you place an order, it is stored with that order, so we can see which link led to a sale. At that point it is connected to your order — so if you would rather it were not, clear your site data before checking out.
